Built in 1952, 1540 Haro Street presents an opportunity to execute on Gordon Nelson’s vision to modernize well-located rental properties. “With four other rental properties in the West End, 1540 Haro, made a lot of sense for us to acquire,” adds Chris Nelson.
This building is nearly identical to Gordon Nelson’s 1133 Barclay Street building. Excess laundry and boiler room space as well as unusable parking areas present an opportunity to work with the City of Vancouver to add additional units.
