937 View Street is a proposed rental housing development in Victoria, BC. This central downtown location in Victoria’s Harris Green neighbourhood has a walk score of 98, cycling score of 98 and transit score of 92, making it one of the best locations in the city to live without a car. Building Design.

Designed by the award-winning team at dHK Architects, 937 View Street is a 23-storey building that’s been thoughtfully conceived to transform the View Street corridor with a contemporary building that includes 269 purpose-built rental homes. Residents will enjoy a large rooftop amenity space with outdoor kitchen and seating and a sixth-floor community space with a community garden, dog run and seating areas. The first floor of the building includes three ground-oriented homes, a large café with a patio for the public and residents as well as a bright and modern secure bicycle storage room with e-bike charging, bike repair and wash station as well as room for oversized bikes.
