Gordon Nelson Inc. purchased Pacific Sands Beach Resort from the Pettinger family in March 2015. The Pettinger’s saw the development of this spectacular 40+ acre property from a modest five cottages and 12 unit motel in the early 1970’s into a beautiful 77 room resort located directly on breathtaking Cox Bay.
Chris Nelson grew up on Vancouver Island calls Pacific Sands “One of the best surf and storm watching beachfront properties in North America”. After the dissolution of Gordon Nelson Inc and the foundation of Nelson Investments Inc., Stephanie and Chris Nelson continue their commitment to Pacific Sands and the local community.
