An established history in apartment buildings.

Our latest project is a 255 unit rental building located in Victoria, BC.

937 View St.

937 View Street presents an opportunity to execute Nelson Investment’s vision for efficiently sized, contemporary, and pet friendly rental housing in the prime Harris Green neighbourhood. The proposed development is within walking distance of many parks, restaurants, and shops while also providing access to the many amenities of downtown Victoria. The development will bring 255 affordable purpose- built rental units and ground- oriented units to an under-developed portion of the View street corridor. Change images by clicking on them

Past Investments:

1057 Barclay Street

Gordon Nelson's 1057 Barclay Street apartment building was built in the 1950's. It is located in Vancouver's West End district. In January 2007, Nelson Investments'. bought the building, which was run down and in need of renovation and restoration.

1075 Burnaby Street

Exact historical information has been difficult to determine, the first records stored at the City of Vancouver show plans for a 20 unit rental apartment building constructed in 1954. However, discussions with previous tenants and a tour of the seemly older basement level suggest the original structure on the site was a church or some other significant structure.

1133 Barclay Street

Gordon Nelson's 1133 Barclay Street apartment building was built in the 1950's and designed by Toby & Russell Architects for Mr. R. H. Gee. It is located in Vancouver's West End district. In March 2008, Gordon Nelson bought the building, which was run down and in need of renovation and restoration.

1209 Jervis Street

Gordon Nelsons' 1209 Jervis Street apartment building was built in 1910 and designed by Arthur J. Bird. Mr. Bird was a famous architect who actually served as the City of Vancouver's chief architect and inspector for several years. He also introduced masonry construction to western Canada with 1209 Jervis Street.

2254 Cornwall Avenue

Joan Court or 2254 Cornwall Ave. was originally constructed in 1956. The building has been front and centre of some amazing times in Vancouver and Kitsilano's history. Gordon Nelsons' first investment in Kitsilano, 2254 Cornwall Avenue was acquired in December 2010. Gordon Nelson successfully worked with tenants to allow for the restoration of the building.
